SILVERS
Silvers is a functional fitness class specifically designed for adults over the age of 60 who want to continue to live an active life. These classes focus on increasing strength levels through an active 30 min of work and 30 min of yoga.

Functional Fitness
Functional fitness is performed at different levels of intensity using multiple fitness genres including Olympic Lifting, Cardio Conditioning, Gymnastics, and Strength Training. We focus on clean eating, powerful workouts, and a supportive community.

We gets our members laser-focused on the simple actions that create big results. We help busy over-thinkers simplify and get results. It’s easy to get hung-up on shiny objects from all directions and lose the ability to tell the difference between signal and noise.
The average persons attention span is 14 seconds, with planning rarely exceeding this month. As a result you become anxious and reactive, trying to do everything to make sure you cover all the bases. You begin to see your life and goals as a giant tangled knot of chaos.
During your time here you’ll have laser focus that will keep you on task knowing your plans are long-term. You will find our members doing. They are deliberate, hard-working, see goals clearly and always win.

OUR CLASS SCHEDULE
Our classes are up to one hour and will encompass warmup, the workout, cool down, and discussion. We ask all athletes to show up 10 minutes prior to the class time.
